PLEASE READ

Gainesville Massage Therapy is a booking and management service for licensed massage therapists. Each therapist is an independent contractor, maintaining their own licenses and insurance. GMT provides a safe, clean facility for these independent professionals to provide you with the highest quality of service, along with providing convenient scheduling and payment services, including reminder texts and emails, if you so desire.

WE REQUIRE 100% deposit. Payments will be returned with 24hr+ notification. We have strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Refunds will not include the Credit Card processing fees, as they are not refunded to us. Please change/edit/cancel your appointment as soon as possible. You may choose to tip in person. For refunds, you must contact Julie, the owner.

New clients: Please fill out the online intake form.

NEW FLORIDA LAW requires us to have your full legal name on your intake form and for us to request a picture ID to match.

One may amend forms any time before their appointment by going to the link in confirmation emails. Save the confirmation emails!

Returning Clients - Text Julie at 352-870-2381 with questions about scheduling should you not see your desired time or therapist.

Availability: Don't see available time for the desired service? Try shorter appointment times - 30 and 45 minutes. It may be faster to call 352-519-5106 and schedule. (We do not have a receptionist, so please leave a message.)

Arrive 5 minutes before scheduled appointment time and come on in !

Create an account: By creating an account, it is easier to make, change, and cancel appointments. Register for an account by going to your confirmation email -> then click on the button at the bottom “change/cancel/edit forms/register an account" -> and there you will see "Register for an Account". Now when you go to the our website, “book online”, you are at our Acuity page and upper right corner there’s a small “Log In” link.

When you do not create an account, you must save your confirmation email OR wait for your 48 hour reminder email to be able to change yourself.

Couples "tandem" massages are given in separate rooms. One must book by calling Julie at 352-870-2381. Please plan 2 weeks ahead.

Gift Certificates: Gifts purchased before March 2019 please call. Gifts with an 8 letter/number combo code can be used here in online booking. Gifts purchased before 2024 and having difficulty, please call Julie at 352-870-2381 OR text her with a full description of any other gifts.

Add-Ons: Only some LMTs do some add-ons. Therefore we do not charge at the time of booking, except for Hot Stones so that we are prepared. For Cupping Add-On simply book your time, and write us a note you’d like to try it as an Add-On.
